GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

25. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Should any dispute arise out of or in relations to this Terms of Use, the same shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Pune.
