The domain www.artofhealing.co.in (Hereinafter referred to as Website) is owned and operated by Art of Healing (‘AOH/ We/Us/Our’). By accessing or browsing the Website or by subscribing for any courses/programs/services offered, you (interchangeably also ‘User’) acknowledge that you have read and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by the Terms of Use (and the changes made therein from time to time) as set forth below:

These Terms of Use constitute an electronic record that is published in accordance with the applicable law and forms part of a legally binding agreement between you and AOH for the use of the Website. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require physical or digital signature. Should you disagree with any or all of the terms mentioned herein, you are expressly prohibited from using the Website and must discontinue its use immediately.

SEVERABILITY

INVESTIGATION

  1. AOH reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of these Terms and to take any action we deem necessary and appropriate. Such action may include but not be limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties. In addition, we may take action to disclose any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to User’s profiles, e-mail addresses, usage history, IP addresses and traffic information.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

  1. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Should any dispute arise out of or in relations to this Terms of Use, the same shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Pune.
  2. AOH reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms by the User.
